Already Suspended for Demerits BEFORE Disqualified for anything in court ?
Already been Driving While Suspended or Driving While Disqualified ?

STOP right there. If you were Suspended for Demerits PRIOR to going to court and being Disqualified for ANYTHING, OR you have been stopped by Police and are going to court or have been to court for Driving while Suspended or Driving while Disqualified then you are NOT LEGALLY ABLE to apply for a Limited Licence – POINT BLANK – There is no grey area.
There is no legal avenue to get a Limited Licence or Work Licence - AT ALL. Filling in this form will not help you.
If you fill in the form – our thorough interview process will immediately locate the reason for your disqualification and suspension and you will only have wasted your time.

STOP right there. If you were stopped by Police and provided an EBA of 800mcg/l or MORE then you will be
sentenced to an NZTA Alcohol Interlock. Filling in this Limited Licence application form will NOT HELP YOU.
