What's different
When you work for someone else, your employer backs up why you need to drive. When you are the business, you have to show it yourself.
What helps
- what your business does, and why it needs you behind the wheel
- which vehicles you need to drive, and who owns them
- the days and times you actually need to drive
- what would happen to the business, and anyone who works for you, if you can't
Be realistic
The court only grants the driving you really need. "I need to drive whenever the business needs me" won't cut it. Pin down real days, times and places.
