In the event that a Judge does require you to attend a hearing. For a 10am start time, it might take until 11:30am to get heard, and then 3-10 minutes for the hearing. Then you are done. Once your case is resolved by the judge, the registrar will usually take an additional 45 minutes to seal your court order.
There is a stack of primary documents required to complete the application to be filed in court and then served on the Police, which we provide you with. We help with the process when an application is simple or complicated there will be answers to commonly asked questions that we know the answers to, this isn't specialist information that requires a law degree, it's more often common knowledge (usually about the Road Code, your exact situation relating to your an offence or NZTA rules, rather than court issues).
